Can they and do they provide a high level of service?
I bought a home in the Hill Country with a 10 year old Hot Tub installed by them. Over the past 5 years ive had numerous occasions to have to call for service, pump, plumbing, new cover etc. Randy came out each trip. They are excellent at service and know their products and can fix most anything. They are timely, conscuentous and fair priced. We will purchase our new one from them. Their service committment is most excellent!
Our experience with Texas Tub & Spa was great! Chip and Randy took time to explain the various models and features. We finally decided on the Vanguard model and don't regret our decision! Installation was very professional and they took the time to explain how to maintain our purchase. Would definitely recommend Texas Tub & Spa.
